LOW FAT PARTY MIX

Low Fat Recipe Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz. envelopes butter flavored
mix (butter, buds)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sodium reduced Worcestershire
sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Several drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Spray a large roasting pan with non-stick spray coating. 5 c. pretzels
4 c. bite sized wheat or bran cereal
4 c. bite sized shredded wheat
3 c. oyster crackers
2 c. bite sized rich round crackers

Low Fat Cooking:

Add butter mixture; toss to coat. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on foil. Serves 32. Nutrition information per 1/2 cup: 118 cal. (24% from fat) 3 g. fat.
